Twelve fungi namelyAlternaria alternata, Aspergillus flavus, A niger, A ochraceus, Actinomucor repens, Capnodoium spp., Curvularia lunata, Fusarium
pallidoroseum, F solani, F verticillioides, Penicillium citrinum and Rhizopus stolonifer were recorded from samples ofAegle marmelos, Aesculus indica, Buchanania lanzan andPinus gerardiana. In case ofPrunus amygdalus only Rstolonifer was recorded. A significant variation in pattern of mycoflora incidence was observed in terms of source and season. Fungal
infestation in most of the substrates was found to be highest during monsoon. Aflatoxins were the most common mycotoxins elaborated
by different isolates ofA flavus obtained fromA marmelos, B lanzan andP gerardiana. The amount of aflatoxins produced by the toxigenic isolates ofA flavus was in the range of traces to 0.9–26.0 μg/ml inA marmelos, 0.8–17.5 μg/ml inP gerardiana and 0.65–13.2 μg/ml inB lanzan. The percentage toxigenicity was comparatively lower in the isolates of other mycotoxigenic fungi. Aflatoxins were detected
almost in all the samples analyzed for mycotoxin contamination. However, traces of zearalenone were detected inA marmelos. The concentration of aflatoxin B1 was in the range of 0.13–0.75 μg/g inA marmelos, 0.09–0.60 μg/g inP gerardiana and 0.01–0.20 ug/g inB lanzan. Plum pox virus (PPV, genus Potyvirus, family Potyviridae) is the most important virus pathogen of stone fruit cultures of the genus Prunus from an economical standpoint. Winona strain (PPV-W) is the most variable of nine known virus strains and one of the most widespread in the European part of Russia. Six new PPV-W isolates were first discovered in green plantations of Moscow (Kp2U, Avang, Pulk, Pulk-1), in Taldomsky district of Moscow region (Karm), and in Kovrovsky district of Vladimir region (Vlad-4) on wild trees of plum Prunus domestica. 3’-Terminal segment of genome of new isolates was notable for high variability level. The study on the relationship with other isolates of this strain by means of phylogenetic analysis of gene sequence of the coat protein showed the lack of clusterization of Russian PPV-W isolates according to geographical principle. Inoculation of Nicotiana benthamiana plants by hop plant louse Phorodon humili from plum trees infected with Avang and Pulk isolates and by thistle aphid Brachycaudus cardui from the tree infected with Kp2U isolate led to the systemic viral infection in indicator plants, suggesting the possibility of PPV-W spread by both aphid species in nature. A set of Vlasov-Maxwell equations for collisionless electromagnetic drift instabilities of high-β plasma configurations with a nonuniform magnetic fields is solved. The effect of the transverse static magnetic field variation and magnetic field line curvature, as well as the plasma temperature and density gradients, is considered. It is shown that, in a nonuniform magnetic field, the behavior of the instabilities differs substantially from that in a uniform field. Electromagnetic modes propagating strictly transverse to the lines of the static magnetic field are analyzed in detail, and unstable solutions are obtained for both extraordinary and ordinary waves. Numerical results show that, in the latter case, instability occurs when the magnetic field decreases toward the periphery and the plasma temperature and density gradients are oppositely directed. 相似文献

The results of the experimental papers of the Soviet and foreign investigators concerning the role of cyclic AMP in modification of radiosensitivity of biological objects and the participation of cAMP system in the realization of radioprotective effect of various radioprotectants have been summarized. The action of radioprotectors on the cAMP level in cells and tissues of organism and their effect on the proteins activity of cAMP system has been considered. Particular attention has been given to the mechanisms of the radio-protective action of catecholamines on mammalian cells in vitro. On the grounds of the authors' own and literary data has been supposed that beta-adrenergic receptors and cAMP system, coupled with them, are obligatory for the performance of the radioprotective potency of catecholamines. Changes of the activity of cortical neurons were studied in the posterior crucial gyrus and in the middle parts of the suprasylvian and ectosylvian gyri on cooling the brain to 18°C and below. In exact experiments it was noted that cooling the cortex to 18.8–21.8° causes a complete cessation of neuron activity. The kinetics of the change of activity under these conditions follows a definite order: first an increase of the frequency of spike discharges is observed (31–27°), then a decrease of their amplitude (at 25–22°), and finally a complete disappearance of neuron activity (at 21.8–18.8°). Discontinuation of the cooling leads to restoration of the activity of the nerve cells in inverse order: low-amplitude high-frequency discharges manifest (at 23–26°), the amplitude of the spikes increases (at 29–31°) and then the initial activity is restored (at 31–32°). The decrease of neuron activity depends on the rate of temperature drop in the cortex. The faster the cortex is cooled, the lower is the temperature at which the neurons cease to function. Summary The sulphur-containing radioprotectors mercaptoethylamine (MEA), aminoethylisothiourea (AET), 2-aminothiazoline, 4-oxo-2-aminothiazoline, and S-S-3-oxapentane-1,5-diisothiourea, and the radioprotective biogenic amines serotonin, histamine, and dopamine, caused the elevation of cAMP content and intensified the rate of cAMP-dependent protein phosphorylation in tissues of animals following intraperitoneal injection at radioprotective doses. Biogenic amines stimulated the adenylate cyclase activity in membrane preparations from liver, spleen, and small-intestine mucosa; sulphur-containing radioprotectors caused no such effects. None of the radioprotectors affected cAMP and cGMP phosphodiesterases in vitro. AET and MEA inhibited guanylate cyclase in vitro, whereas serotonin and dopamine stimulated the enzyme. A biphasic change in the level of cGMP was observed in tissues after the administration of MEA and AET (more than 2-fold fall by 1–3 min after the administration of drug and 1.4-fold rise after 15–20 min); serotonin and dopamine caused a slow rise in the cGMP level; the cAMP/cGMP ratio in liver showed biphasic changes in level during the 20 min following injection of serotonin.The data obtained support the conclusion that the action of radioprotectors on cellular metabolism in animals may be mediated by the cAMP system.
